The Per-Head Package
White rice, chicken long rice, kalua pig, squid luau, lomi salmon, potato salad, and haupia. Nobody leaves hungry.
For $700 we handle setup, serving, and cleanup. All we need is three tables. You enjoy your own event.

What We Cater in Hilo
Hilo throws every kind of gathering, and we cook for all of them. We cater Hilo weddings, first birthday baby luaus, high school and college graduations, office lunches, and community events. Whether it is 50 guests in a backyard in Keaukaha or a big reception downtown, the menu is the same food we serve at our pop-ups, made from 4th generation recipes.
Want a smaller order with no minimum? We sell full and half pans of squid luau, chicken long rice, kalua pig, and lomi salmon. A half pan feeds 15 to 25 people, and a full pan feeds 40 to 50. Call and we will help you figure out the right amount.
